Dave was meticulous in his planning and organising. His quality control was impeccable ; all his chosen sub trades had worked with him previously on projects and were fully aware of the standards expected. They all delivered . His building team were a great bunch of lads whom we got to know well over the 19 months of the project and have to say we enjoyed their company and their commitment to excellent workmanship.
