Transforming this 1970s house into an open plan, modern luxury home with a totally new look was a big project with plenty of challenges. But with up front communication, attention to every detail and hard work, the team completed an excellent renovation job.

David and Carolynne were clear about what their contract covered, including any alterations or variations to be included. Plus, we had no difficulty at all with David and his team on the building front. David, being on the tools, always had his finger on the pulse and with Shane as the foreman, we had two people who we could always talk to and discuss any matters with in regard to the building project. All of the builders were easy to relate to and it was a pleasure to come across and see them working and discuss the current state of the build. David was very particular during the build and if something wasn’t right it was fixed or replaced. That also applies to their ‘after sales service’. Carolynne was easy to deal with regarding the accounting side. The accounts were clear and easy to understand and any queries were dealt with straight away. We love our place and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending David and Carolynne and their team to anybody who is looking to build a high quality residence.”
